(a) Each eligible facility must satisfy the following general requirements to participate in the Logo Program:
1. The facility shall comply with all
applicable local, State, and Federal laws concerning public accommodations,
including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,

101-336, 104 Stat. 328
(1990);
2. The facility
shall have all required municipal approvals needed to allow it to provide the
goods, services, or activities that establish its eligibility for the Logo
Program;
3. The facility shall have
all licenses, certifications, and approvals that are required to provide the
public with the goods and services identified by the logo sign;
4. The facility shall have modern rest rooms;
and
5. The complete route to the
facility shall be capable of being identified through trailblazer
signs.
