Chapter 41D, Tourist Oriented
Directional Signs Program (TODS), was adopted as new rules by R.2011 d.175,

Chapter 41D, Tourist Oriented Directional Signs Program (TODS), was readopted
by R.2018 d.184, effective September 17, 2018. As a part of R.2018 d.184,
Subchapter 1, General Provisions, was renamed Purpose and Scope; Subchapter 4,
Application, Approval and Participation Procedures, was renamed Application,
Approval, and Participation Procedures; Subchapter 6, Design, Construction and
Maintenance of Signs, was renamed Design, Construction, and Maintenance of
Signs; and the chapter Appendix was repealed and adopted as a new rule,
