Subchapter 8 - OFF-PREMISE SIGNS
Section 16:41C-8.9 - Atlantic City Casino Recreation District

(a) Within the Atlantic City Casino Recreation District (District), the following requirements shall apply:
1. Off-premise
signs erected within the District that are visible to any portion of an
interstate highway or other limited access highway, shall be subject to all of
the provisions of this chapter, including the provisions of 16:41C-8.1(d),
except that the minimum spacing between permitted sign locations shall be 500
feet.
2. Off-premise signs erected
within the District that are visible to any portion of a non-limited access
highway on the Primary System shall comply with the provisions of this chapter,
including the provisions of 16:41C-8.1(e).
3. All other off-premise signs erected within
the District shall comply with the provisions of this chapter, including the
provisions of 16:41C-8.1(f).
4. The
provisions of (a)1 through 3 above shall apply, provided that the sign complies
with all land use and sign control ordinances in effect in the
District.
5. In the absence of any
land use and sign control ordinances in effect in the District, all provisions
of this chapter shall apply.
