Subchapters 4 through 8, Subchapters 10 and 11, and Subchapters 15 and 16 were administratively recodified as subchapters of Chapter 29, No Passing, Chapter 30, Miscellaneous Traffic Rules, and Chapter 31, Turns, effective June 14, 1979. Subchapters 2 and 3, Subchapter 9, and Subchapters 12 and 13 were administratively recodified as subchapters of Chapter 28A, Restricted Parking and Stopping, Chapter 30, Miscellaneous Traffic Rules, and Chapter 31A, Prohibited Right Turns on Red, effective March 20, 1980. Chapter 28 was renamed Speed Limits on State Highways.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 28, Speed Limits for State Highways, expired on August 1, 1983.
