This chapter governs disbursements from the Departments County Local Aid Program to counties for the purpose of assisting counties in the implementation of public transportation projects and other transportation projects, as defined in 27:1B-1 et seq., including, but not limited to, improvement of any public road or bridge under the jurisdiction of a county.
