Section 14:9-6.14 - Differential rate for customers of small water company or small sewer company

The Board may, in its discretion, allow the acquiring entity to collect from the customers of the non-complying small water and/or small sewer company, a different rate for the use or service of the acquiring entity's facilities than the rate the acquiring entity charges to the customers it served prior to the takeover, pursuant to 58:11-63.
