Chapter 33, Energy Facility Review Board, was originally codified
in Title 14A as Chapter 8, Energy Facility Review Board. Chapter 8 was adopted as
new rules by R.1990 d.29, effective January 16, 1990. See: 21 New Jersey Register
2009(a), 22 New Jersey Register 244(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No.
66(1978), Chapter 8, Energy Facility Review Board, was readopted as R.1995 d.69,
effective January 12, 1995, and Chapter 8 was recodified as N.J.A.C. 14:33 by R.1995
d.69, effective February 6, 1995. See: 26 New Jersey Register 4484(a), 27 New Jersey
Register 503(b). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 33 expired on
January 12, 2000.
