Section 14:29-6.9 - Sale to emergency vehicles on demand

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a retail dealer shall sell motor fuel to an operator of an authorized emergency vehicle, as defined at 14:29-1.2, immediately upon demand at any time including those hours when a retail dealer is not open for the sale of motor fuel to the general public.
