was readopted as R.2002 d.20, effective December 19, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 3279(a),
34 N.J.R 498(a). Chapter 12, Demand Side Management, expired on December 19, 2006.
Rules regarding Demand Side Management (DMS) for energy conservation
were replaced by N.J.A.C. 14:8-8. See: 39 N.J.R.
