Within 48 hours of any scheduled disciplinary hearing before a Disciplinary Hearing Officer, a juvenile on special observation status shall be evaluated by a staff psychologist, psychiatrist or psychiatric advance practice nurse to ascertain the appropriateness of going forward with the hearing as scheduled. The findings of the psychologist, psychiatrist or psychiatric advanced practice nurse shall be presented on Form JJC CO-6 Disciplinary Report from Mental Health Services shall be submitted to the Superintendent or designee, and shall be placed in the juvenile's medical record.
