(a) Each provider and any applicant for approval shall submit to the Chief Administrator proof of adequate insurance to provide the MSE course to participants.

(b) The Chief Administrator shall determine the adequacy of the insurance based on whether it will provide the following:

1. The single occurrence and aggregate liability coverage limits at each location shall be at a minimum one million dollars single occurrence and two million dollars in the aggregate.

2. Liability protection to participants injured by other participants during the class;

3. Medical payment protection for participants;

4. Liability protection for rider coaches, including professional liability insurance; and

5. Property loss protection.

(c) Insurance shall be obtained from a company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The provider shall provide an original certificate of insurance that requires the Chief Administrator to be given written notice by the insurer 30 days prior to the termination of the coverage.
