Section 13:85-5.13 - Advertising

The provider shall not advertise, in connection with the offering of the MSE course, that the provider has the authority to issue a motorcycle permit, license, or endorsement upon a participant's successful completion of the MSE course. Any advertisement for an MSE class making the representation that a student who successfully passes the MSE Basic Skills course, the BRC 2 Suite License Waiver Rider Course, or the Additional Practice Riding Course is eligible for a waiver of the road test portion of the motorcycle licensing test conducted by the Motor Vehicle Commission shall include the following statement with respect to such representation: "(Name of Provider) has been approved by the Chief Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Commission to offer the New Jersey Motorcycle Safety Education Course."
