Section 13:85-5.10 - Motorcycle inspection prior to range instruction

Before any motorcycle is used for range instruction in any MSE course, the rider coach shall conduct an inspection of the motorcycle's tires and wheels, controls, lights, oil, chassis, and sidestand and related parts and shall prohibit the use of the motorcycle for range instruction when he or she determines the motorcycle cannot be operated safely on the range.
