(a) The Chief Administrator may impose a registration fee on participants in the Motor Vehicle Commission MSE course if the Chief Administrator determines that the monies in the Motorcycle Safety Education Fund are insufficient to cover the costs of the program.
(b) In the event that the Chief Administrator determines in accordance with (a) above that the imposition of a registration fee upon participants in the Motor Vehicle Commission MSE course is necessary, a registration fee shall be collected from each participant in the amounts set forth below:
1. $ 250.00 for the BRC;
2. $ 100.00 for each Rider Course included within the BRC 2 Suite; and
3. $ 100.00 for the Additional Practice Riding Course.
