Section 13:85-3.3 - Successful completion of the MSE Additional Practice Riding Course

(a) To successfully complete the Additional Practice Riding Course for retest and waiver purposes, a participant shall:

1. Attend, participate in, and successfully complete each unit of the curriculum within 180 days of the successful completion of the BRC; and

2. Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of a motorcycle by achieving a score of not more than 20 penalty points assessed by the examining rider coach during a motorcycle skill test.

(b) A participant who successfully completes the course shall receive the appropriate course completion documents.
