Section 13:85-2.4 - BRC 2 Level course

(a) To participate in the BRC 2 Level course, a person shall:

1. Have in his or her possession during each day of course instruction and available for display his or her motorcycle permit, license, or endorsement, which is not suspended, revoked, or expired;

2. Wear the protective gear required by 13:85-2.2(a);

3. Supply for range instruction a motorcycle in safe operating condition; and

4. Present proof of the motorcycle's valid registration, insurance coverage, and ownership by the participant, or present written permission of the owner of the motorcycle to use the motorcycle for the course and proof of the motorcycle's valid registration and insurance coverage.

(b) The motorcycle supplied for range instruction and training shall be owned by the participant or the participant shall provide proof that his or her use of the motorcycle has been authorized by the owner of the motorcycle.
