The Chief Administrator shall notify providers and rider coaches of the time, date and location of the in-service class at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the class. The Chief Administrator shall notify each applicant who has requested enrollment of the availability of the course in writing and provide a registration form. Enrollment is subject to space availability and the experience of each applicant.
