Section 13:82-1.16 - Exclusion of marine events

The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to any vessel or to any operator while actually competing in a marine event for which a permit has been issued pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:82-1.20, except as may be otherwise provided in the permit.
