(a) The analysis of DNA samples obtained in accordance with provisions of P.L. 2001, c. 377 (2A:84A-32a et seq.) shall be conducted in accordance with the analysis specified in 13:81-3.1 and 5.1(a).
(b) The DNA profile information obtained in accordance with provisions of P.L. 2001, c. 377 (2A:84A-32a et seq.) shall be stored in the State DNA database and forwarded to the FBI for inclusion in NDIS.
