Any entity that receives funds pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:77-1.3 shall maintain detailed records of all receipts and expenditures for a period of not less than three years. Each county prosecutor or other law enforcement entity receiving such funds shall submit an annual report to the Director identifying separately all receipts, expenditures, and unexpended balances.
