Section 13:74-7.9 - Testing of equipment and software

Except as provided by 13:74-9.3, or unless an emergency situation exists in which case verbal notice to the Executive Director or designee shall be acceptable, the account wagering licensee shall provide written notice to the Commission of any new equipment or software, or change in equipment or software, to be utilized in connection with the account wagering system. The writing shall set forth what testing has been accomplished with regard to the new equipment or software, or change in equipment or software, and the results of the testing, to insure the integrity of the account wagering system and the related proceeds. The Commission, before implementation of such equipment or software by the account wagering licensee, may require such additional testing as it determines appropriate.
