Section 13:70-12.1 - Claiming races on the flat

Except as exempted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:70-12.1A, any horse entered into a claiming race on the flat is subject to claim for its entered price by any person who possesses a current New Jersey owner's license or who has utilized the open claiming provisions pursuant to 13:70-12.37 .
