NOTE:
Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports Tournaments, was adopted as new rules
by R.2014 d.110, effective July 7, 2014. See: 45 N.J.R. 1476(a), 46 N.J.R. 1648(a).
Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports Tournaments, was scheduled to expire on
July 7, 2021. In accordance with Executive Order No. 127 (2020) and
P.L.
2021, c. 103, any chapter of
the New Jersey Administrative Code that would have otherwise expired during the
Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) was
extended through January 1, 2022. Accordingly, Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports
Tournaments, expired on January 1, 2022.
