Section 13:69N-1.4 - Sports pool wagering in a casino or racetrack

(a) To conduct sports pool wagering transactions, a casino or racetrack shall have a cashier's cage that meets the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.14(b). Sports pool wagering transactions shall be conducted from:
1. A sports wagering lounge booth (lounge
booth) located in the sports wagering lounge or other window locations as
approved by the Division;
2. Kiosks
in locations as approved by the Division; or
3. When the lounge booth is closed, a
designated window in the cashier's cage for the redemption of winning tickets
only.
