Section 13:69G-2.4 - Duties of casino licensee

(a) For self-excluded patrons, a casino licensee shall establish procedures that are designed, to the greatest extent practicable, to:

(c) Without limitation of the requirements imposed by (a) above, each casino licensee shall, upon notification that a person has been added to or deleted from the self-exclusion list, comply with all relevant provisions of 13:69D-1.27A as if such person has also been added to or deleted from the list of persons who have requested suspension of their credit privileges pursuant to that section.
(d) Each casino licensee shall maintain on file a current copy of its internal control procedures established pursuant to 13:69G-2.3(b) and (a) and (b) above.
