In lieu of the dealing and shuffling requirements set forth in 13:69F-2.5 and 2.6, a casino licensee may utilize a dealing device designed to automatically reshuffle the cards or shoe, provided that such device, as approved by the Division, or shoe and the procedures for dealing and shuffling the cards through use of this device are in accordance with the casino licensee's internal control procedures.
