Section 13:69C-2.8 - Issuance or transfer of interests

The issuance or transfer of any security or ownership interest in a casino licensee or any nonpublicly traded subsidiary or holding company thereof shall not be effective unless five business days prior written notice of the issuance or transfer has been provided to the Commission at its address set forth in 13:69-3.5(a) and such issuance or transfer has not been disapproved by the Commission within such five days. A copy of such notice also shall be provided to the Division at its address set forth in 13:69-3.5(a).
