(a) Upon a determination that all prerequisites for filing have been met the Director, or such members of the Division staff as the Director shall designate, shall:
1. Accept the application and resubmission
papers for filing and cause same to be docketed by the Division's Application
Unit;
2. Notify the applicant,
licensee, registrant or his or her attorney, if any, in writing, of the fact
that the application and resubmission papers have been accepted for filing and
docketed, the date of such acceptance for filing and the docket number thereof
and of the further fact that such acceptance for filing and docketing of the
application and resubmission papers shall constitute no evidence whatsoever
that any requirement of the Act or of the rules of the Division have been
satisfied;
3. The staff of the
Division will analyze, obtain, investigate and evaluate such information of
either a factual nature or otherwise as may be necessary to determine the
qualifications of the applicant, licensee or registrant and any other matter
relating to the application or resubmission papers; and
4. The Division shall have the authority, in
its discretion, to publish on the Division's website legally available
information regarding any application or resubmission papers that have been
filed.
