Section 13:69-1.4 - Words and terms; tense, number and gender

(a) In construing the provisions of the Division's rules, except when otherwise plainly declared or clearly apparent from the context:
1. Words in the
present tense shall include the future tense;
2. Words in the masculine shall include the
feminine and neuter genders; and
3.
Words in the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the
singular.
