Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was adopted as R.1991 d.423, effective August 19, 1991. See: 23 N.J.R. 981(a), 23 N.J.R. 2518(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was readopted as R.1996 d.406, effective July 29, 1996. See: 28 N.J.R. 3053(a), 28 N.J.R. 3968(a).
Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was readopted as R.2001 d.399, effective October 11, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 2802(a), 33 N.J.R. 3280(a), 33 N.J.R. 3753(b).
Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was readopted as R.2007 d.110, effective March 21, 2007. See: 38 N.J.R. 5317(a), 39 N.J.R. 1487(c).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was scheduled to expire on March 21, 2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was readopted, effective February 19, 2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 548(b).
Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, was scheduled to expire on February 19, 2021. In accordance with Executive Order No. 127 (2020) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would have otherwise expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) was extended through January 1, 2022. Accordingly, Chapter 63, Combat Auto Theft Program, expired on January 1, 2022.
