Quarter midget events shall only take place in licensed facilities. Except as specifically set forth in this chapter, all facilities, participants, and vehicles shall comply with the 2013 rules, requirements, and specifications of the Quarter Midgets of America relative to the class or division of competition, which is incorporated herein by reference, as amended and supplemented.
