(a) The penalties for violation of these regulations, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, adopted and incorporated, by reference, at N.J.A.C. 13:60-2 and herein, shall be enforced under the provisions of 39:5B-29.
(b) Each violation shall be treated separately. When the violation is a continuing one, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
