(a) All canisters, honor boxes and public vending machines used to raise funds for charitable organizations required to be registered under the Act shall clearly and conspicuously disclose the following:

1. The name, address and registration number of the charitable organization, as registered with the Attorney General, or the organization's name and address, if exempt; and

2. The charitable purpose of the organization.

(b) In addition to the requirements in (a) above, all canisters, honor boxes and public vending machines shall include the following statement which shall be conspicuously printed and displayed: INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215. REGISTRATION WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT.
