(a) The following containers are hereby standardized and established as legal in the State of New Jersey:
1. A container for sweet corn, having the
designation and to be known as the "corn crate", with inside dimensions of: length,
21 7/8 inches; width, 12 inches; and height, 9 inches;
2. A container for strawberries, having the
designation and to be known as the "16-quart strawberry crate", with inside
dimensions of: length, 22 1/8 inches; width, 11 inches; and height, 9 5/8
inches;
3. A container for blueberries,
having the designation and to be known as the "12-pint blueberry crate", with inside
dimensions of: length, 18 inches; width, 13 inches; and height, 3 3/8 inches; and to
include a 1/2 inch center divider.
