Mushrooms may be legally packaged and sold in closed or covered original standard containers of one-quart or one-pint capacity, uniformly, compactly and evenly filled throughout, and marked in a plain and conspicuous manner with a declaration of the net quantity of contents in terms of volume by dry measure.
