Section 13:47C-3.5 - Penalties

(a) Any violation of or noncompliance with the provisions of this subchapter, with the exception of 13:47C-3.4 (Advertising of building materials), shall subject the violator to a penalty of not less than $ 100.00 as authorized by 51:1-89.
1. Each package in violation shall be deemed a separate violation as required by 51:1-100.
(b) Any violation or noncompliance with provisions of 13:47C-3.4 shall subject the violator to a penalty of not less than $ 50.00 nor more than $ 100.00 for the first offense, not less than $ 100.00 nor more than $ 250.00 for the second offense, and not less than $ 250.00 nor more than $ 500.00 for each subsequent offense, as authorized by 51:4-38.
