Section 13:47A-3.4 - General partners

A natural person acting on behalf of the general partner of a partnership in connection with the offer or sale of the partnership's securities, which general partner is a corporation, partnership or other entity, shall be deemed to be an individual representing the issuer within the meaning of 49:3-49(b).
