A registered investment adviser may file an application with the Bureau on the Uniform Application for Investment Adviser Registration, Form ADV, as set forth in 13:47A-11.2, for the registration of a successor. Such application shall be marked "SUCCESSOR APPLICATION" in the upper right-hand corner by the registrant for paper filings only. There is no filing fee for the successor application.
