Section 13:47A-14.15 - Access to persons by Bureau

Members of the Bureau staff may interview individuals included within the scope of 13:47A-13.10 who may be present on the registered person's premises and who voluntarily consent to be interviewed. If such interview is conducted on the registered person's premises, Bureau staff shall be given access to a private, enclosed area where the interview can go forward without monitoring, surveillance or interference by any kind of device or by persons who are not members of the Bureau staff.
