Section 13:47-7.35 - Progressive jackpot game; emergency termination of progression; notification

(a) In the event a progression cannot be completed due to an emergency condition, the licensee shall give written notification to the Control Commission and the licensing municipality no later than the close of the business day next following the day upon which the licensee has knowledge of its inability to complete the progression.
(b) The notification shall be made on LGCCC Form 7-A, and shall contain at least the following information:
1. The reason for the
cancellation;
2. The name, address
and telephone number of the member in charge of the operation of the game and
of the member responsible for the proceeds held as the progressive jackpot
prize;
3. The name, address of the
bank and the number of the account in which the progressive jackpot prize is
deposited;
4. The dollar amount of
the progressive jackpot prize held in the account; and
5. The time, date and location where the
progression will continue.
