(a) On each occasion, prior to the drawing of the first number of the progressive jackpot game the caller shall announce to all players:
1. The maximum number of numbers to be called
within which a player must achieve bingo in order to win the jackpot prize on
that occasion; and
2. The dollar
amount to be awarded to the winner of the jackpot game prize and the
consolation prize on that occasion.
