No licensee shall allow or permit the playing for money or other valuable thing of any game not licensed and held, operated and conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Bingo Licensing Law, 5:8-24 et seq., the Raffles Licensing Law, 5:8-50 et seq., or the provisions of this chapter during or in connection with the holding, operating or conducting of any licensed bingo game.
