Section 13:47-6.13 - Advertisement; bingo

(a) No bingo game shall be advertised by means of newspaper, radio, television, sound truck, or by means of billboards, posters or handbills, or any other means addressed to the general public; provided, however, that signs not exceeding 60 square feet, each, in area may be displayed as follows:
1. One sign on or adjacent to the premises
where the game is to be held; and
2. One sign on or adjacent to the premises
where the prize or prizes are exhibited; the prize may be exhibited only in the
municipality in which the game of chance is to be held and in the municipality
in which the licensee has its headquarters; except as provided in paragraphs 3
and 4 of this subsection; and
3. By
a volunteer fire company holding the license for the game, on any fire-fighting
equipment belonging to it, in and throughout any community which it serves;
and
4. By a first-aid or rescue
squad holding the license for the game, on any first-aid or rescue squad
equipment belonging to it, in and throughout any community which it
serves.
