For the purposes of this chapter, no owner of property in a senior citizen development who is also a member of the senior citizen association or club holding, operating or conducting bingo solely by and for its own members in a premises described in 13:47-14.4 shall be considered a rentor or in any way be subject to the restrictions placed on persons approved as commercial rentors pursuant to this subchapter.
