Section 13:46-22.3 - Functions of Commissioner

(a) The Commissioner shall have and exercise sole direction, management, control and supervision over all boxing matches or wrestling and sparring exhibitions and performances.
(b) The Commissioner shall enforce such rules and regulations of the Board as shall be necessary or proper for the holding of boxing matches or extreme wrestling or sparring exhibitions and performances.
(c) It is the Commissioner's power to prescribe and enforce penalties for any violations, subject to the review of the Board as set forth in 13:46-22.1.
