January 11, 2002.
Chapter 65, Controlled Dangerous Substances, was

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 45H,
Controlled Dangerous Substances, was scheduled to expire on February 15, 2015. See:

readopted as R.2015 d.144, effective August 5, 2015. As a part of R.2015 d.144,
Subchapter 6, Order Forms, was renamed Orders for Schedule I and II Controlled
