Section 13:45F-5.1 - Violations of security freeze provisions

(a) Any consumer reporting agency that willfully fails to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:45F-2 or 56:11-30 or 56:11-46 through 49 shall be liable to a consumer as provided in 56:11-38.

(b) Any consumer reporting agency that is negligent in failing to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 13:45F-2 or 56:11-30 or 56:11-46 through 49 shall be liable to a consumer as provided in 56:11-39.
