(a) A consumer reporting agency may charge the following fees:
1. | Temporary lift or removal of a security | up to $ 5.00 |

2. | Replacement or re-issuance of a lost | |
. | PIN or password............................... | .up to $ 5.00. |
(b) No fee may be charged for placing a security freeze on a consumer report.
