Section 13:45E-4.1 - Notification to the health care professional by the health care entity

A health care entity shall provide the health care professional who is the subject of a report pursuant to 13:45E-3.1 with a copy of the report provided to the Clearing House Coordinator, when the health care entity submits the report to the Clearing House Coordinator.
