(a) The Division shall charge the following non-refundable fantasy sports operator permitting fees:
1. Application fee

i. For fantasy sports operator with fantasy
sport gross revenue up to $ 49,999

ii. For fantasy sports
operator with fantasy sport gross revenue between $ 50,000 to $ 99,000

iii. For fantasy sports
operator with fantasy sport gross revenue between $ 100,000 to $ 250,000

20,000
iv. For fantasy sports
operator with fantasy sport gross revenue over $ 250,000
